Registration

As of January 1, 2022, it is possible to submit an application for registration in the Marketplace of Conservators.

To proceed with the registration application, it is necessary to prepare the Plan for the cessation of the digital document preservation service (Cessation Plan), in accordance with the scheme provided in Annex B of the Regulation. Applications must be drawn up exclusively using the appropriate form, digitally signed, and sent via certified email (PEC), together with the cessation plan, to protocollo@pec.agid.gov.it. Applications received via other methods will not be considered.

To proceed with the renewal application, the following must be transmitted via certified email (PEC) to protocollo@pec.agid.gov.it:

  • In the event of modifications or updates to the documentation submitted at the time of registration: both the modified or updated documentation and the digitally signed declaration requesting renewal, specifying that no event has occurred that would alter compliance with the requirements set out in Annex A of the Regulation;
  • In the event of no modifications or updates to the documentation submitted at the time of registration, the digitally signed declaration requesting renewal, specifying that no event has occurred that would alter compliance with the requirements set out in Annex A of the Regulation.
